QUALITY COMPONENTS
In cantilevered thermal controls the most important elements are the contacts and bimetallic wings that open and close the circuit. If they do not properly conduct electricity, circuits will not close when needed. We use gold-diffused, coin silver contacts and top quality bimetals to ensure proper functionality.
100% IN-PROCESS QUALITY CHECKS
Statistical controls only show you how many pieces to expect. 100% in-process testing gets rid of any parts that won’t perform as promised before they ship to your plant.
